The responsibility for processing data on this website lies with the organizing team of the International Conference on Conflict and Violence Research 2025 at conferenceIKG25@uni-bielefeld.de.
We use your data solely for the purposes of the International Conference on Conflict and Violence Research 2025. Processing shall be lawful if you have given your consent in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1 (a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
All personal data will be stored on specially secured systems at Bielefeld University until October 1st, 2025, after which it will be deleted. The data will be shared with and processed only by the members of the organizing team for the event.
Until date of deletion, you may exercise the rights granted to you by the EU GDPR, including the right to request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, objection to processing, and data transfer. You may assert these rights with the team responsible for this survey. Declaration of Consent
I hereby freely consent to the processing of my personal data as described in the privacy policy. The consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time before data deletion on October 1st, 2025 with future effect. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing conducted prior to the withdrawal. To opt out, please contact the conference organizing team (see above). In the event of withdrawal, your personal data will be deleted immediately. Refusing or withdrawing consent will not result in any disadvantage. Legal permissions remain unaffected by the withdrawal of consent.
